balance pi ("the Service," "we," "us") is a behavioral-intelligence diagnostic and advisory tool operated by its owner. The Service generates structured reports and guidance based on information you provide, using a proprietary behavioral framework (the BOSS IT framework) and the Laws of YOUniverse methodology.
The Service does not provide professional, legal, financial, regulatory, medical, or consulting advice. Outputs are for general informational and reflective purposes only and are not a substitute for qualified professional advice. You should not rely on any output from this Service for decisions that carry legal, financial, regulatory, or medical consequences without first consulting a qualified professional.
By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@balancepi.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
You agree not to:
The BOSS IT framework, Laws of YOUniverse, balance pi brand, and the structure and methodology of all Service outputs are the intellectual property of the Service owner. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise them without written permission.
You retain ownership of the input data and information you provide to the Service. By submitting information, you grant us a limited licence to process and use it solely for the purpose of delivering your requested output and improving the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, balance pi and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to decisions made on the basis of any report or output generated by the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, or error-free.
Nothing generated by balance pi constitutes legal, financial, tax, regulatory, compliance, medical, or professional advice of any kind. The Service does not establish a professional advisory relationship. Any output labelled as "diagnosis," "guidance," or "recommendation" is a structured analytical opinion generated by an AI system, not a professional determination. You use it at your own risk and must apply your own judgement before acting on any output.
balance pi provides behavioral, organizational, and structural diagnostics only. Nothing in this report or session constitutes financial, investment, banking, or securities advice, and balance pi is not a licensed financial advisor, investment firm, or institution regulated by any central bank or financial regulatory authority. For financial or investment decisions, please consult a licensed financial advisor, a regulated investment professional, or the relevant regulatory body (e.g. your central bank or financial services authority).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless balance pi and its owner from any claim, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our data collection practices, to which you provided explicit opt-in consent at registration. For how we handle your data, please see the data consent disclosure presented at signup — read together with this Section 9 and Section 10 below, that disclosure and these Terms set out how we collect, use, retain, and protect your data. We process categories of data including your account details, the responses and documents you submit for diagnosis, and your interactions with the Service (sessions, chats, and inquiries), each for the purpose of delivering your requested output, operating your account, and — as described in Section 10 — improving the Service.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to any data we are required to retain for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. We retain your account and interaction data for as long as your account is active and as reasonably necessary for those purposes; retention specific to the service-improvement analysis described in Section 10 is set out there.
Where your data is processed by service providers located outside the Kingdom of Bahrain — including the AI providers described in Section 10 — we take reasonable contractual and technical measures to protect it in transit and at rest.
Voice recordings ("Focused" and "Ambitious" tiers): if you submit a voice recording, you understand that balance pi will store, transcribe, and process that recording to generate your diagnostic report. Submitting a recording is your explicit consent to this collection and processing. You can withdraw this consent, or request deletion of a specific recording, at any time by emailing privacy@balancepi.com — this is in addition to, not instead of, the general data rights described in this Section.
To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw consent, email privacy@balancepi.com.
balance pi periodically analyzes usage data, assessment responses, support inquiries, and chat interactions in aggregated and anonymized form to improve its services. This includes session behavior and general usage patterns, BOSS IT assessment responses and the behavioral patterns they reveal, PRIME chat themes, support inquiries, and consent statistics. Personal identifiers — including names, emails, phone numbers, company names, and commercial registration numbers — are removed from this data before it is analyzed.
This analysis may be performed using third-party AI providers under contractual safeguards. Its output is aggregated findings used to improve balance pi's own product and processes — it is never used to profile you individually or to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you. This is part of the general licence to process your data described in Section 4 above.
Analysis output is retained for 12 months from generation, then automatically deleted. Anonymized, aggregated analytics cannot be linked back to any individual and are therefore outside the scope of an individual access or erasure request — the underlying source records (your reports, chats, and inquiries) remain subject to your existing data rights as described in Section 9 above.
Your consent to this analysis is given as part of your acceptance of these Terms and the consent recorded at registration referenced in Section 9 — no additional action is required on your part, and you may withdraw it at any time using the contact details in Section 9. Withdrawal stops your future interactions from being included in this analysis; it does not retroactively remove aggregated findings already generated, since those findings cannot be traced back to any individual contributor.
Certain parts of the Service — including the "Focused" and "Ambitious" tiers, and any other paid tier balance pi may introduce — are only available on payment of the applicable fee. The free "Curious" tier and Ask Prime (the general assistant available on every page) never require payment. Fees are as displayed to you at the point of purchase, quoted in United States Dollars (USD); the USD amount is the binding price. We may change our prices at any time; a price change never applies retroactively to a service you have already paid for.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are due in full before the paid service is delivered or a session begins. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or levies unless we state otherwise; where such taxes apply, you are responsible for them.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not ourselves collect or store your full card number or other sensitive payment credentials — these are entered directly with, and processed by, our third-party payment processor(s), whose own terms of service and privacy policy also govern that transaction. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or delays caused by a payment processor, though we will act in good faith to help resolve them. If your payment is declined, incomplete, or reversed for any reason, we may suspend, withhold, or cancel the corresponding output or access until payment is successfully completed.
All fees are non-refundable. No refunds are given, in full or in part, once a paid service, report, session, or output has been purchased, initiated, generated, or delivered — regardless of whether you use it, are satisfied with it, change your mind, or no longer need it. This applies to all tiers and formats of the Service, including single-input diagnostics, live sessions, and written reports.
This no-refund policy does not affect any statutory right you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded; nothing in this Section limits such a right where it genuinely applies.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or an unauthorised transaction — contact us at privacy@balancepi.com within 14 days of the charge so we can investigate with our payment processor. This is a billing-error correction process, not an exception to the no-refund policy for services properly rendered. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any operational reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@balancepi.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
For any questions about these Terms, contact us at privacy@balancepi.com.
