Yes — the “Curious” tier is free. Describe your situation or complete a short questionnaire, and you'll receive an instant behavioral diagnostic report with no conversation and no payment required.
“Focused” is up to a 5-minute voice recording, followed by a personal reply from an expert within 2 business days. “Ambitious” is up to a 10-minute voice recording (plus optional supporting text), followed by a reply — voice and a short text note — within 1 business day. A structured BOSS IT Session Report covering key findings by layer, the behavioral patterns identified, and a 90-day intervention plan. You can request it emailed to you as a PDF at the end of any session.
Every balance pi report closes with a unique mandala image, with a report ID printed in monospace text at its centre. Enter that ID on the Verify a Report page to confirm it's authentic and see when it was generated.
A running, fully anonymized feed of inquiries balance pi clients have consented to share and balance pi has reviewed and approved. If one of your own reports appears there, it's highlighted for you — nobody else can tell which entries are yours.
You earn points by choosing to share a completed diagnostic anonymously (for the platform's aggregate insights) — never for time spent using the product. Sharing a “Focused” submission earns 25 points, “Ambitious” earns 35, and an “Ambitious” submission with supporting text earns 40. Referrals earn a flat 50 points per successful sign-up. A sharing decision can be changed any time from My Profile.
Every 10 points equals $1 toward paid balance pi services — shown as your Wallet balance in the header and on My Profile. This balance can only be used toward paid services on the platform; it cannot be withdrawn or transferred as cash.
Refer a friend using your personal referral link (found on My Profile and in the header menu). When they register with your link and confirm their account, you're credited 50 points automatically — no action needed on your part beyond sharing the link.
My Profile shows your full points balance and history, your Wallet's USD-equivalent balance, and a dedicated Referral section with your link and every bonus you've earned from referrals.
By default, each diagnostic is shared anonymously to help improve the service and may appear in Shared Matters — you can uncheck the sharing box at the end of any session (or change your decision anytime from My Profile) to opt out. Whenever it is shared, it's always anonymous — no personal or company-identifying details. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes — the platform and sessions are available in Arabic and English. Use the language switch in the header to toggle at any time; if you're logged in, your preference is remembered on your account.
